Board of Governors comprising senior officers from the Pakistan Army, Pakistan Air Force, and Pakistan Police Service, alongside distinguished PhD scholars and senior researchers.
The Institute provides strategic oversight, applied research, and evidence-based policy analysis in support of national priorities across strategic communication, governance, security, and economic development.
The Institute’s mandate is to support government decision-making through policy research, advisory services, and capacity-building initiatives.
It aims to function as a credible national think tank, contributing to informed policy formulation, strategic foresight, and institutional strengthening in alignment with public sector objectives and the national interest.
